We understand that there may be occasions where you need to return or seek a refund for your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for such situations.

Returns

Custom-made stencils: Due to the unique nature of our products, which are designed and cut specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom-made stencils unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or damaged items: If you receive a custom-made stencil that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence or further information to assess the issue.
Resolution options: Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement of the defective or damaged stencil or provide a refund. The resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Eligibility for refunds:

Refunds are only available in cases where:

A non custom made stencil is defective or damaged upon arrival. We may request photographic evidence, return of the stencil or further information to assess the issue.

A custom-made stencils which arrived damaged are only eligible for replacement. However each case with be reviewer on case-by-case basis.
Stencils have to be unused and with no signs of deliberate damage.

Refund process: If eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days after confirming the return and/or assessing the issue. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Cancellation of Orders

You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped. However, once the custom-made stencil has been produced or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to inquire about the status of your order and the possibility of cancellation.
